Usually CM's are people that work for the company... You do not. I suggest get a real job, it probably would pay better...

They have the ability to make someone a volunteer moderator. I doubt a community manager as you said they work for the company. Even with that said a volunteer moderator is just a fancy title that gives someone too much power on the forums. I doubt asking would give you this right anyways.
