Siphon monarch help

Hey, looking for some help with a siphon monarch. If anyone is battling one of these tonight after 11pm PST hit me up I will come find you and kill it too. I cant find one anywhere.

Go to Muir processing, take the road west towards mine 98/99. There's a couple spots between Muir and 99 the road that hellbug emergencies spawn. A lot of times they'll have a syphon monarch.
