the 2 vendors at the muir processing plant are currently missing in action,the lockbox one is there.
i tried logging in and out again but they are still gone,this is on ps3 on the eu servers,please fix.

Probably related to your main story mission progress. Think they'll be available again after doing the dam mission where you free Varus and some technicians.

ye, that's pretty much my experience as well.
First time it happened i thought i was bugged, tried logging in and out again etc but nothing worked. I'm on playthrough 6 now and every time they're gone i think ah ye.. gotta do some story missions again.
Probably one of the missions leading up to getting to the muir processing plant resets them. Just continue doing story missions and check back there every time you finish one. Pretty sure they disappear shortly before you get the Dam Rescue mission (or w/e it's called) and they'll be back soon after.

it would be nice if trion could stop them disappearing though,as far as i can tell every other vendor is still available after resetting the story even though i haven't got to them in the story yet,even san fran vendor is there.

Not noticed any others disappearing either, seems to happen only at Muir.
