It always sitting 20 ppl waiting to fill in and i found myself waiting like 2 hours to find a game until i run out of patient and instead joining tdm queue.
Not sure if its bug or no one really join queue. Sw is my prefer mode rather than pvp .

Yeh i get the same. Mainly from 9:00am- 5:00pm (GMT/EU server) there are no shadow wars and the player counter hovers at finding 9-20 players over these hours. The time shadow wars start are from 6:00pm-11:00pm (GMT/EU server), at this time i can normal hop from shadow war to shadow war with 5-10 minute intervals in between.
Frankly, I would like to see the number of minimum players to start the shadow war set to 50 players, its annoying heaving to wait for 5 people to start only to have people drop out of the que.
No way, there are over million registered accounts.
It seems that game losing it's popular. You can fix the game after a few months. But you can't fix players trust with it.
The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, and keep moving on.
I haven't played one single shadow war.
No it has nothing to do with the matchmaking/game starting issues.
I'm just not that interested. What I am assuming (Yes I know what happens when you assume) is that people's general appetite for this is dwindling. I hardly ever see one on the map running. The friends I play with don't even mention it in passing.
This might have been a huge meh they added to the game. Great in theory but horrible in practice.
I stopped trying. I set up the matchmaking and just go do whatever. If one starts then i'll get in. If not oh well.

I've stopped playing shadow war a little while ago. Between the lag and getting runover...... I'd rather do a pvp map.
Maybe I'll give it a try again tonight.

People aren’t losing interest in the game..you can visit any Arkfall to see that. They are losing interest in the tacked on PVP.
I know your not on PS3 NA. We get the shadow wars all the time. Most time I press right to quueue in and one is already going on. I also think ps3 only has a 40 queue minimum though. At the end of the war I only see 20-23 people on each team.

PC - NA - Just to echo the statement above and add another point. Depending on where you queue you'll get a different shadow war. The most popular are around Sausalito and Marin. Unfortunately Shadow War also draws from the PvP Deathmatch population so they tend to compete. When Deathmatch queue's are slow during peak time, then there's probably several shadow wars going on, and vica versa.
I've long since finished Shadow War Profiteering II, if that helps validate the statement.
