Launcher still broken for some

Ever since 1.014 was released I have not been able to even finish that patch update without getting a patch error which is about two weeks so far.

I have tried contacting customer support ever since then, but they continue to try to offer useless suggestions that have nothing to do with the real problem which is Trion's crud servers.

i am having the same problem, bought the game over 3 weeks ago, haven't played even 2 seconds of the game... tech support is f**king me around with useless stuff too, shame they messed up so badly with this game..
