Was there even a Rogue E-rep presence at the data recorder location sites? If you had to fight through them it would have been slightly better.
at most, yeah, but you may have jumped in right after someone else cleared them out.
It might have been too much to do as one long mission, especially if there was a restart issue. Doing them as 6 also meant 6 rewards :P
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

plus we should have been in the DLC for the past few weeks. why put up a limited time episode mission when there's a brand new DLC? I think everything with the episode content is being released on schedule, but just looks lack-luster when not played alongside the delayed DLC (and other issues). If we look at it, the content has been getting better, lanters/pilgrims were boring, elemental hellbugs were pretty cool, proper episode mission, even better. I expect we'll get a few more episode styled missions until Rynn returns to the show, and then lower content as we ramp into the second DLC (or at least, when it was originally scheduled)

Every bit of new content is welcome. And this content actually had a few great moments in it for me. I really liked the first mission and see Rynn ingame after watching her go in the show. Good cross-over, great story!

When you have to finish a lab-project you can expect another bunker, no problems there. Really creative is something else, but still good enough. As well as the AI of the enemies in there, quite a bit smarter then what we've seen so far. Promising to say at least.

Of course not all is good. Those 4 missions in the middle searching for data-recorders were quite laughable and just lazy. They might as well planted those recorders in that bunker and no one wouldve missed those 4 missions. The 1k XP gained and that shield collection most of use broke down into salvage also didnt make the difference. Same goes for the Monarch at the end, anti-climax. I have a Ground Pounder and that Monarch went down in 30 sec flat.

All in all good content though, did some emergencies on the way to the spots i needed to go. Gained me some XP and was busy for an hour or so all together. Got me a new title, not that im using it, but its a good reward to chase and i love the infector-grenade. Its not seriously strong, but the effect is funny to watch nevertheless. Promising

Forgot to add, the finale reward was just bad. Pheromones have been in the game to lure in hellbugs, it was used in the show, they talked about rynn and the pheromones. There was a device to control them. So one would think pheromone grenades, right? well I could've sworn there was actually an entry about pheromone grenades on the main site(before they removed the entry about rynn) and then we end up with a little splash and 3 parasites like from the infector gun. Yet the tooltip says "Spawns hellbugs" that was just like... shooting off one bottle rocket during the finale in a fireworks display.

Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

I agree, trion could of done alot more. The missions felt like chores rather than missions.

Yes, at each of the datapad locations, there were from 2-4 E-reps there, along with a Piper Device that kept summoning Hellbugs to attack you until it was shut down.

Unfortunately, with so many people running then mission, more often than not, the guys and bugs and such were already dead from the last person to visit, and hadn't yet respawned by the time you got there. For one of my characters, i had to fight through each and everyone, but for another, I ended up being about 30 seconds behind another guy, so there was never any resistance.

Did you guys notice that you don't get weapon experience during the Piper missions?
    I did - annoying.

Wasn't paying any attention, I'll do it on another character and see if it's just you later tonight (haven't been to sleep yet.
