"Enter the Castithan" DLC!

By saying "you get this in the DLC for free", do you mean that even if someone doesn't pay the $10 for the pack, that list is what's still available ingame to those people?

To answer the release date question, I have done some searching, it appears to be the 17th of this month. I also asked one of the clerks at game stop to look it up for me and he said the same.

No wai, we have almost no info about it. July 17th, maybe, IMO.

So i am watching defiance on gamespot in e3 and they started talking about this DLC and the first think is the Castithan Blade i was really hoping they would put in melee weapons. I was just wondering something in the Free DLC it said access to the Castithan Blades so what does this mean? is it like we can buy it the game store with real money and can we also get it with the game currency i need to know!! Also it said some thing about select a new voice for your character so do we need to make a new character to select a voice or can we select a voice with our pre-existing characters?

I ask again why do we find out they never intended to have dlc at all till after season 1 ended? and why hasn't this kind of thing been put on the website, developer interviews from 3rd party sites is not a example of good internal PR

Its simple it was thier idea of a carrot on a stick to keep hinting that it was coming soon. By doing it that way they could intentionaly misslead people into hanging in there.

In my oppion its a dispicable way of conducting buisness. Anounce dlc coming soon then blame incompetant bug fixes for why its late. while knowing the entire time they was waiting for season one to end.

I called that awhile back that i figured they would w8 till season ends to try and get people to keep playing till season 2 starts back up.

DLC was actually supposed to launch on week 6.

Means you can find them as Drops off enemies and out of lock boxes. People who pay for the DLC will get one as a quest reward for one of the new quests.

I havent seen it in writing from Trion... I watched the video, and dude seemed a little... off... so not taking it for 100%... Otherwise, if it is late july...... they can just call it Defiance: Enter The Ghost Town -.. .-. .. -. -.- / -- --- .-. . / --- ...- .- .-.. - .. -. .
