Not entirely... There isnt a market in game meant specifically for players (An auction if you will) if that's what you're asking about, but there is a trading feature that lets you trade scrip or other items.

There are also the forums here that most people advertise their own merchandise on, you can find them here

Thats not up to me, talk to people on the website either by talking to each officer personally (PM'ing them) or post a thread on that website to let them know to add you in, Im sure they'll let you in as soon as they see the message
