    Why is there even a support desk?

    So apperently whenever you submit a problem to the support desk you get zero help what-so-ever. I would cordially invite anyone from Trion to respond to this thread as to why their GMs suck at their jobs, or if this overall lack of effort and care is a company policy and what we can expect in the future from Trion.

    Pretty much, at least from the way they have "handled" my tickets about arkfalls being messed up. I did all the stuff for major arkfalls and one of the crystals would glitch out therefore making me not receive rewards for doing the arkfall, I didn't get well over 60 keycodes because of this bug and the support desk told me to submit feedback in game... They are too ****ing lazy to forward it to the devs and get me the rewards for completion... Trion is a **** company judging from the way they treat their customers...

    from my experience with support (ingame tickets) the gm's have always responded,been polite and helped me with any problems i have had ingame.There are some things that are beyond their control and either dont have the authority or tools to fix every problem players experience ingame.
    in instances that they cant fix your problem they will send your info onto the development team to look at and politely advise you of any available workarounds to your problem untill the development team can identify and fix the problem your experiencing.

    A working phone support number would be a lit better...

    When they tell me via email to submit feedback it means they don't forward it to the devs and basically out feels like they are telling me to **** off...

    im quite confident that the gm's do pass on all relevant information regarding bugs onto the developmen team,its their job.
    i think when you were asked to submit more feedback via ingame/forums its not because they are trying to fob you off/not listen to you,its so the development team can get as much information as possible.

    for example if you use the ingame bug report certain actions/information on your character are logged and sent along with the report,posting it in the forums makes more users aware and mods/gm's can gather more information from the users posting their experience with the particular bug to help identify and fix the problem.

    I completely agree this would be the best thing they can do. I have had to summit multiple tickets and it has taken close to a week to get a reply. And when I have gotten a reply one time they tell me a work around that doesn't have amything to do with my problem. And another time I summited the same ticket in game and on the website and go 2 completely different answers. This support is crap.
