Well consider for a moment how long Rift lasted without going F2P, then get back to me. People like you bet on it going Free within the first month, and it lasted years on a subscription plan.

Personally, I don't think they'll re-evaluate their system until after the Season One DLCs are all out. But by all means continue with your doomsaying.

RIft had lots of players, rift had a excelent launch, rift still has lots of players and a excelent solid game with lots of content, this game is had a horrible start, less and less players, no content, it will go f2p soon.

With all due respect this entire thread could be considered terroristic. You are trying to pass a message that you are unhappy with the game by trying to make the rest of the community fear its imminent shutdown. A mental bombing so to speak. So yeah, if you want to talk about terrorists, perhaps you should make sure you know what the definition of one is first.

It's likely planned to go F2P, the question will be if it's before, or after season 2 of the show.

F2P for games like this is almost inevitable. It will happen once the cost of the client is less than the expected number of bits purchases tied to an account. Once there's more DLC content, it'll be easy to move it to f2p. Really, once they've recovered the development costs with the client sales, there's no reason they can't flip the switch, other than holding out for increased profit. F2P isn't a bad thing, at all.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

Im sorry but are you stupid? This is already an F2P game. Unless someone changed the meaning of Free-2-Play to something else. Quick question, does ANYONE here pay a subscription fee for this game? What part of this game is not F2P already? Perhaps you are misunderstanding the meaning of the phrase free to play?

What you are referring to is "How long will it be before this game becomes Freeware?" of which the answer is never.

It already is free to play. It's not free to download, and likely will never be. I don't know how the PC community is, but the Xbox community is pretty solid and growing from what I can tell.
