They came up to each person, tapped them on the shoulder, and asked if they could speak to them in the Employee Development Manager's office. You were walked into the office, the door was closed behind you, and the news was delivered. Thankfully for me it was simply to let me know that layoffs were going on but that I was not affected.
Hush let the people with no experience create conspiracy theories, those of us whom have worked in anything "white collar" know that this is absolutely standard axe man procedure.

We never ever not have you escorted out. Just saying. You could straight gut me or the manager so on.
    Your *** is getting detailed.

Hiding on a forum and arguing with others is cowardly. Ignoring something that annoys you is just smart.

This thing doesn't come as a surprise, the game has massive bugs, like coop maps not working, not seeing others player names and stuff like that. Everybody I know quiet because the bugs and moved on another games or went back to old ones, only one bothered to finish main story.

And I'm hoping for a success story. But the stink of something rotten was all over this before it even went to retail.
Well, there were at least a few signs that things weren't perfect early on, even well before launch. The addition of the Red Dodge Charger to all pre-order packages was likely an attempt to boost disappointing pre-order numbers. Selling a year's worth of DLC content in advance at a discounted price.. that always suggested a lack of faith in the game's ability to hold player's interest for very long, likely measurable through a high churn rate in the game's closed beta (what they called 'alpha').

The signs were there for everyone to see, and I certainly saw them. Despite that, I still purchased the game and DLC while hoping for the best. Nobody wants to see an idea they're interested in flopping.

don't forget the bonus items if more people ordered threw steam for a digital copy and not a hard copy. that way they did not have to order to many from mexico.

Game got worse lately sorry they lost there jobs but i seen this coming and doubt this will improve things. This game is a mess one step forward 6 feet back per update.

Let's face it, the game failed. I don't know whose stupid idea it was to make this a multi platform title or to let a TV production dictate the release date of a computer game -- but one thing is certain, Trion's reputation took a big hit.

I hope you learned your lesson Trion. Over and out.
