cant see group members in game?

we are in a group, but we cannot see each other???? we are all standing in the same spot on the map too! are there different servers in the beta? is there some reason i cant play with my friends?

They are running different server's,
It's mentioned a few post's down the General discussion.

Will be the same after release to apparently.

How I understand it; the members of the group need to select group from the quick menu/matchmaking(right on d-pad) > group > select whoever the leader is > then join leader.
