You do full night of dancing, then we'll talk <3

Edit: To add a more constructive reply: Working with weights would actually contradict the effect of being able to dose your power right doing far jumps so it's best to train without.

What the hell is a full night of dancing?

You said "DnB" which I can only assume means drum and bass e.g. EDM goof troop drug dancing.

Don't heat stroke while you're rolling. Hydrate.

DnB ain't EDM, far from that, and involves constant body movement usually containing being lifted from ground most of the time. It's basically a lot of jumping which costs a lot of endurance to do. Full night being from 10pm to 6am usually.
Just can speak for myself relying on own experience from past years that pure strength won't get you anywhere as it's the ability to endure what counts. A base value of power is essential of course, but the way you build that up usually depends on what you'll want to achieve using it for.

Construction work tends to involve a lot of heavy lifting. From smaller air conditioning units, to heavy steel pipes, to 20+ tons of mounted units. I tend to work with quite a bit of them all.

Also it isn't the lift that creates the gains it's the rest and nutrition, mostly pure protein to heal those ripped muscles.

I do only free weights and body weight. 100 push-up challenge for example is a great warm up before I hit the free weights. Pullups are the ultimate workout though, so great.

I work out nearly ever day. With an upper day with 2 hours of around 12 exercises of 3 sets of 6 - 10 reps. My lower/abs days I do about an hour and 30 minutes of cardio.
I totally agree that nutrition is key, especially when you want to make gains. I eat paleo so it's easy for me to get the protein required. I know eventually I'll hit a plateau and I expect my gains to slow down after a while, but I like the challenge. Im loving how I feel after a lifting session and loving the way my body looks from it too. Girls are always so afraid to bulk up, but it's such an old myth.

I had to look up paleo because I've never heard of that before. As long as you're getting near a 1:1 ratio of grams of protein per body weight pound you'll certainly get those gains going though.
