Oblivion had DLC.. you said you like TES soo... and that was released before Fallout 3 just saying..

I never played any of the DLC. I had it for PC so I just played the player mods which were free.

As for what game can keep me busy for a year on day one - none. That's why mmorpgs should always have free updates every couple of months that add new content. I hate to say it, but WoW does a really really good job of this. Unless you're a hardcore player, then you should just be getting bored of the content and then bam! new patch goes live. This repeats until the new expansion is released.

This is just one reason I love subscription MMOs over F2P ones. For some reason, the F2P ones barely ever have good free updates.

I've heard of Ryzom!! But when I played it it had been out for a few years and I'm a bit picky about my graphics.

Tunnel Snakes Rule is a phrase used to insult people who talk a lot about enjoying something. I have actually been thinking of buying the game again so I can replay it. The setting was different from any other action played before, and the exploration was a lot of fun.

yeah I am an Elder Scrolls fan but I don't know why I don't enjoy Fallout as much. I didn't hate it I just didn't have fun beating it. I didn't play New Vegas and maybe I should to see if I like it, but plain old Fallout 3 just disappointed me.

The most memorable moment is when I went into a grocery store or something and it looked like I just walked into satans bedroom.

Don't bother with Vegas. You would have fallen in love with Fallout itself if you liked the game.

I always just looked at fallout as an Elder Scrolls game, with guns. I played it for hours upon hours....loved it.

and yes to Tunnel Snakes....man it was it hard to let Biff live...
