Then why did you even buy the season pass in the first place for a game you didn't know you would continue playing?

I paid for this upfront and havent seen anything about it yet.now we all know that the games broken and what with these layoffs will it ever see the light of day.i would like to be offered a refund for this as i dont even play anymore

Im sorry you didnt enjoy the game as much as I do but.. each their own. Personally Im not woried about the DLC's the 1st is coming out soon and Ive seen other companies actually circle the drain who still managed to create new content/ DLC.
But who knows, the door will be open if you ever change your mind.
The best shot you have at a refund it probebly by contacting support. Personally Id contact life support.

Just assume the money paid for the DLC is a free to for a valuable lesson like I have. I will avoid anything put out by Trion in the future and if I recognize any names from Trion Defiance attached to another company, I may just avoid that game too.
