This game is excellent! I've had a ton of fun playing the main missions twice and now playing around in the pursuits and contracts. These forums don't represent the majority of the people who play the game at all. Most game forums are filled with negative feedback and whiny people. Keep up the great work Trion.

Its easy for a troll to talk trash hidden behind the ambiguity of the internet. Defiance is an excellent game, I have thoroughly enjoyed the available content and the little gems they give us each week. The new DLC is going to be amazing, if for no other reason than the Volge sieges. To the Devs effected by the layoffs, I wish you the very best. No one wants to have their jobs taken away, especially when providing for a family. The fact is, regardless of what we read or see, unless you are there within the walls of Trion, anything a troll can say is purely hateful speculation. Really, find something to do with your life. They are going through hard times right now. Could things be better? Definately, however I still support the game and will enjoy playing it. I have not been this addicted to a game since Borderlands 1.

I don't hate Trion, but I don't see any reason to go all blubbery over them either. They produced a product I purchased, one that works ok but has problems that they're supposedly trying to fix and so far failing to do so. Also, a promised upgrade to the product seems to be postponed, possibly indefinitely.

As far as their employees go, some of them are incompetent because layoffs like this don't come from nowhere, someone screwed up repeatedly. Probably the reason the product is partially broken, fixes aren't fixing it and upgrades are postponed. I just hope the right people got canned. It's a shame that good employees sometimes get canned along with the bad ones, but shtako happens, you pick yourself up and move on with life and I wish you luck. As far as the incompetent morons are concerned, there are burgers waiting to be flipped, get to it.

You know I'm kind of falling of the DeFiance wagon. I still love the show, and I got my 60$ worth in the game, so I have nothing to complain about. DeFi just doesn't feel like a game I can keep coming back to, like how I might do Skyrim or one of the Souls games. With all of these big games coming out soon, Payday 2 being the first, I might not be playing DeFi much at all.

However.. I still support Trion. They hit a rough patch, and who knows why the lay-offs happend. It sucks for all of the people involved, losing your job is a real pain in the ***. Best of luck to them. If DeFi improves a good deal, DLC turns out good, hell I'll be back on it no doubt. That is the best part of the game though, its B2P, I can come back and visit it anytime I want. ;]

I'd like to say Thank you! Thank you for all the hard work you are, and will put into this game.

Thank you for clarifying your intentions for Defiance during this horrible time for you all, My deepest condolences go out to all those effected by the lay offs, may you all settle back into work you loving doing quickly.

We know there are problems in the game, not everything can be perfect all the time. But you are all clearly dedicated to setting them straight, not to mention the MASSIVE DLC you have lined up for us shortly.

I will always support this game, And the entire team behind it, as i'm sure many others will.

This is a small show of appreciation amid all the negativity. Please leave your flames and hate for the other bazillion threads. It is for kind words.
