The only real unique weapon I have seen in game is the white bug grenade you get for doing Rynn's mission. Everything else is just a varied version of the same guns/shields/grenades.
I have a detonator weapon called "Search Rosa's courier" .. is it the "real" rare you're talking about?

It was a bugged weapon, it was just lying down on ground for no reason. It's just a regular detonator with no additional stats. I just kept carrying it forever.

My wife had a runner called "Pistols" was pretty funny.
not sure if it counts but i think one of the hidden vedors sells a commando smg that has like a urban camo skin to it haven really found one looking like it anywhere else
actually most of the static weapons he sells have skins i havent seen anywhere else and im talkin about the guy at caretaker cabin, the one u have to kill the elite gold dude to have spawn
