Free Character Redesign For Season Pass?

Not sure what you are saying here. If you bought the season pass you DO get the "maps and stuff." The extra money spent is merely cosmetic items. If you don't want to spend extra money for the Castithan appearance and outfit, then just start a new character. Yes, it would suck to start from the beginning again and I don't know if I would be willing to do it myself, but getting upset about it really won't help.

The best way to send the message that charging extra for appearance items is not acceptable is for people to stop buying them.

i only purchased the season pass because i thought i was going to get all 4 dlc's for the price of 3, just to find out i get nothing extra, just some skins that are the same as the ones given for free to everyone just a different color? no thankyou would rather have the £30 back for a next gen console deposit thanks

You get actual stuff for buying the DLC. This next one has:

"You get this when you buy the DLC for $10:
– Access to play the Castithan Species
– Access to a new Story Mission Line with new Battle Arena Game Mode

– Castithan Charge Blade & Ceremonial Mask as a reward from Story Mission Line

i agree on some of your points, but i dont get the maps unless i pay extra for them, $10 a pop, those should already be included in my opinion...im not 1 of those players that think everything should be free lol, but i am 1 of those players that if i pay for a season pass, then all related dlc should be included at no extra charge due to the fact that i paid for the season pass lol and they were talking about charging to redesign your character, ie tats and whatnot, why should i have to pay to do that when most games do it for free or have it already in game at the start, im not upset, just wondering why trion would make such an open blunder like that

then if people dont purchase these things that shouldve been included at the opening of the game ( ie character generation modes with tats hair and facial features), then trion will focus on those who are willing to pay and therefore widen the gap by making people spend even more money, even though they had said that they didnt want to have any kind of gap between players willing to spend money and those who will,wont or are incapable of spending money...those were the points i was trying to make, sorry if i seemed kinda foggy or unclear

exactly, you get those when you pay an extra $10 after youve already spent $40 lmao, so in essence you will have spent $10 per dlc ( thats $50 ) plus $40 for the seasons pass, thats $90, does that seem like a good move on trion's behalf?...dont think so

so people whove spent $150 on the deluxe edition will have also spent $90 on dlc content ( dlc, maps etc ) and the seasons pass...so lets do the math $150+$90 = $240...woooooow ( thats a new system or a couple of games lol ), yeah if trion isnt hurting for money by this model then i dont know cuz it sure as hell shows that they are, and it seems pretty disrespectful for them to do that...i understand that most mmo's are money sinks, but this is a huge money sink that doesnt have to be a huge money sink period

Would love to have a split compromise.. a way to change hairs at least in game, without paying, the ability to chance facial features with a scrip cost (At a hospital, plastic surgery shop or something), but keep the full race/class change in the bit store.

you get all that aswell if you dont pay except for story line and unique costume/car skin even the free version of dlc gets the new characters weps and cars. you still get the new character but you still need to pay free or not free to change your current characters appearence... dlc not worth £30, maybe 20 at a push

Iv kinda stopped playing my guy because I was sure Id read sledge saying the season pass wouldnt have a race change so I was going to restart,
Would like to hear officially but if there is going to be a race change im pretty sure thats a bits thing? isn't the store exactly for that kind of thing?
