Any decent fully repetitious assault rifles?

I have been trying numerous assault rifles and found they are either 3 shot burst fire or semi-auto. My play style is bursts of 5-7 shots, and the whole 9 yards if it is a group of e.g bugs.

Are there any decent fully repetitious assault rifles, and where do they drop?

Dont know if I have the name right, but the VBI assault rifle is a good one. Some say the blast rifles are good. but never found them all that powerful. Try to stay away from the mazu blast rifles as they seem to be the weakest. Random vendors sell them and you may want to check out the faction vendors who may also have them.

not sure of name but i have a military assault rifle (not the ones that look like toys or alien tech) and due to its amazing clip size of 79 bullets 222 dmg and 0 recoil due to added stats its basicly an lmg with smg efficiency all i need to do is add 2 mod slots for dmg and stock then its even better (the synergy sux only reload speed) not selling just bragging ^^

Go ur to the Top-notch vendor and buy yerself an emc assault rifle... basicly the same as the vbi... comes with fire damage for 1k fully automatic ( youll haveta manually squeeze burst )and very accurate

Might I suggest a single fire with a burst mag +3 on it?
I can easily train down as much damage as any fully automatic or I can go into dedicated precision mode by single tapping.
All in all I highly suggest you play with a single shot and burst mag anyhow, it's sort of game changing to those of us who like burst fire.

This worked quite well for me for a while. Then I found the VOT Mazu Blast Rifle.

Now, before anyone points out another rifle that's 'better', it fits my idea of how a rifle should perform. When not interrupted by whatever Trion decides next will interfere with reloading, it's got a decently short animation while doing that. With a 1.5x clip mod, the amount of ammo is good for most jobs.

If I ever get, say, a purple (or orange) TACC Assault Rifle that I hear might be OK, I'll try it out. For now, all I have left in the Assault Rifle line is Mazus...

I got the perfect gun for you and you can pick it up anytime at the Hidden Vendor next to the Rampage:Minigun Mayhem Located East of Muir Processing Plant.

Its an EMC Service Rifle with the Electro Nano effect, works really well against 99'rs and Dark Matter due to their shields. Cost about 2k scrip but well worth it. There is another with the Fire Nano effect that i think is located at Top-Notch Toolworks.

I like how the Mazu performs aswell and I use one all the time, I go back and forth between that and the VBI, I dont like the burst riffles at all.

The faction vendor at Shondu's Consulate has a great blue EMC assault rifle. I ended up getting 4 of them to get me to 20 in AR skill.
