Dont use rifles or machine guns. Equip cloak, your shield with the most capacity, a bmg, and a sawed off.Just jump around to dodge his stuff, occasionally roll. Get really close, then shoot with the sawed off. Use a pump if your aim isnt good enough. Cloak if you cant heal. When he attacks in stage 3, get far away. Use the pillars as cover against the fire balls. Good luck

Im done beating da crap of nim i need a harder boss to fight when i first played agents him i was only ego 377 and now im 2, 097 and i go and there and he dosent stand a chance agents me now iv been him like a billion times already when we getting the DLC so i can continue with the main mission cuzs im done with everything and my pursuits i need more stuff to do and work on !

I've grown tired of defeating Nim. Hopefully soon a greater challenge will be implemented. When I first fought Nim, I was only at an Ego Rating of 377. Now, at an Ego Rating of 2,097, he poses no challenge whatsoever. I must have defeated him a billion times or so by now. I have to wonder when the DLC will be released so I can continue with the main mission story progression. I've completed everything, including my pursuits, and need more content to work on even though my current Ego Rating is less than half the current cap.

I pray that was a troll, and not someone we've willingly allowed out into society.

I don't see all the fuss about Nim lads. He is laughably easy to defeat in one go around.
I would say in mmo or tps games... he has to have been one of the easiest "boss" fights ever.

Nim was easier than any end of game boss I ever played against.
Phase 1 I just let him get close and rolled out of the way and fired.
Phase 2 Just stay on one side of the room, used overload and shot him as each one came at me.
Phase 3 Used overload and shot we he moved, once he jumps I ran away and jumped and fired when he lands. Used the columns when he did his spinning blade projectile move. Rinse and repeat.

For the whole fight I used an assault rifle and my EGO was at 1,002.
