Do boost times freeze while the servers are down or is the clock ticking away still cheating people out of the boosts they paid real money for?

That is really ****ty of them not to freeze or restart boosts for ppl who have boost during downtime. But I guess they have a disclaimer so that's saves them. I also guess it's up to us to know when downtime is coming and not buy boost for that time.
Still pretty ****ty of Trion.
Boosts (in my personal opinion) must be like that:
Self - when online
Party - Only when i Party
Clan - when someone from the clan is online (in big clans there is lots of people online).
And this is the reason i do NOT buy boosts at ALL!
(they "burn" when server maintenance or when offline)
They're 24 hours real time. They don't stop when you log off or go to sleep, why should they stop when the servers are down?
That said, they're not really worth the money to begin with, especially the bugged out loot boost. You're better off saving the bits for when they run sales on the rest of the overpriced stuff in the store.
