I shot for the stars but I didn't aim it right
I've had 2 infectors and stupidly sold out the good one for the bad one... the one I have now does 4X5 damage, and 5 bug damage, but spawns parasites to attack people when the person dies which is a plus... however the first one i had did 4-5 damage and 80 bug damage without spawning parasites.
either way don't find them very effective in PvP or in game normally, just more or less fun to play with... could probably use a big boost
