Best Way to Obtain Rare Weapons?

Ok will do. I didnt think it was this hard to obtain Legendaries. But I just gotta keep grinding it out i guess.

I've never had a purple drop off an enemy. End of a major arkfall, plenty. I only ever buy top tier lockbox. Only because I 'assume' it has better probability for getting an orange.

From my understanding there is a 26% chance of a legendary from tier 3 and a 28% chance for tier 4

Yes I retract my statement about purples dropping from enemies, never had that either other than receiving them as a major ark fall reward.

I've heard 8 percent chance of legendary in tier 4, 5 percent chance from tier 3 and 3 percent chance from tier 2. Judging by all the lock boxes I've opened, I feel this is probably quite accurate.

Either way, looking at the percentage to cost ratio... I've wasted ALOT of keys on this.

Like i said thats just something I read off one site. Maybe do some more research to confirm this? But im pretty sure its true.

I've never seen a purple drop from co op, only as rewards for major arks. And even then, as another stated, these purples are usually nades, I can't remember for certain if I've ever even gotten a purple weapon from a major ark. I doubt it though.

Hmm now that I think about it thats seems more correct. Because I for sure as hell dont get an orange weapon 1/4th of the time.
