    Community Help: Mod Synergy Bonuses

    Help me reach some clarification

    When a weapon has a mod synergy, do the bonuses stack? Or do you only receive the higher of the two different bonuses? For instance:

    A weapon has a Cannoneer Synergy.

    [1] +3% Fire Rate
    [2] +6% Fire Rate
    [3] +10% nano-effect chance for 2 sec. after full reload
    [4] +20% nano-effect chance for 2 sec. after full reload

    And I put 4 Cannoneer Synergy mods on it. Will I get 9% Fire Rate ? Or just the higher bonus of 6%?

    20% nano effect or 30%?

    Common sense tells me I should assume/hope they stack. That would be the intelligent way to code the bonuses.

    It would not surprise me though if that was out the window and it was coded the complete opposite wrong way to give only bonus of the current mod level, i.e. With 4 mods you ONLY get 20% nano effect bonus and I one of the lesser bonuses at all.

    If you look at perk bonuses, I would guess no they don't stack. Unless the balance between Synergy and Perks are uneven.

    I don't think they stack, but we also don't have any Cannoneer mods to show us.

    you are supposed to get all 4 bonuses,so yeah every one counts as separate. that's how it is supposed to work. it's hard to get all 4 of the same mods sometimes though,especially the ones you want. if you don't have ALL 4 then you obviously only get the 1st one.

    I remember reading somewhere someone tested brutal saying he got both [1] 5% and [2] 10% so he's getting 15% melee dmg bonus. So I assume 9% fire rate and 30% nano chance.

    In Grimwyrd's synergy video, he basically confirmed the stacking of the first set. He ended up with 15% melee damage on a brutal mod set. So first set bonus stack is confirmed.

    Now my question is: Does the second set bonus stack as well?

    The reason I question this is because the other night I was playing with a friend and we were discussing the Quartermaster mod synergy. The second set of bonuses are 50% and 100% reload on self revive. Well if they stack then how would one get 150% reload if you can only reload 100%?

    thats how i interpreted it - you get +6% fire rate - and +20% nano

    First 2 bonuses stack. I've managed to get complete 4-5 full synergy weapons only problem is that they are all Cannoneer. Cannoneer synergy's second set of bonuses is hard to track as we don't have a percentage of nano effect chance as a stat. So idk what expect on a normal proc vs. the cannoneer bonus proc.

    The stock fire rate on a wolfhound is 6.5. My Cannoneer full set Wolfhound is 7.1. 9% of 6.5 is 7.085 but Defiance numbers round up (confirmed in live stream) so it goes to 7.1.
