PS4 or Xbox One? What will your affect your decision?

Greed... Sure. I'm certain Playstation wants to just give games away.... Game CREATORS hate the used market. They have for a long time. Microsoft doesn't give a damned one way or the other.. There's a reason that they suddenly might... Follow the clues.

That's great and all but I don't see Sony's fee for using their online service, or their gamertag change fee, or their used games fee, their have been no rumors of them being always online. You see where i'm going with this? Microsoft's greed is self evident.

Sure i understand that, hell its good buisness. But you combine that with all the iffy choices the new xbox is making and it just feels like a complete fail to me, and it will still sell well! its like a CoD game honestly. Im not trying to be a PS fanboy, of which i am, i try to keep an open mind. Mincrosoft is just messing up though. They are trying way to hard to force things their way, which it is their console they can do it how they want. But there are alot of instances, where i would by a used game, only if its used, i would not pay full price for a game if its underpar. If not used, i wont buy it. If i made games i would rather get a little money compared to no money at all.

Don't be surprised if a fee is the game creators choice..an option Microsoft is giving them to keep them happy.

EA is getting rid of online passes... So we'll see if others have no interest in stopping used sales as well. (it didn't make them more money.. So they gave up)

See that would be better, it would really set the good companies apart from the more greedy ones. I know it is a buisness, but for example Bethesda really screwed us PS3 owners over. And i love Skyrim and Beth, i'll always support them, but they could have handled that better. It will be interesting to see what companies decided to take that route. Not to be negative to much i actually liked the 360 interface and the way the online felt, it felt really streamlined and.. pretty? Not sure the word i need. But i did like it, if the console actually lasted longer then a few months for me. I just had bad experiences with it and crawled back to my first love.

Skyrim was affected by playstation's odd architecture... There's a reason that they are leaving behind all that Cell nonsense that Sony fans wanted to hype so much...without understanding it..

True but the ram issue was what i heard as the main issue for skyrim's constant lagging. But it takes them a year to mostly fix it and get DLC out? Pretty big ball drop to. Thats what they get for porting the game from 360 to PS3.

Publicly traded companies are bound by law to make the investors money... Sony couldn't get away with what Microsoft did.. Because PSN was inferior. Sony did what they had to and said "free".

If you think they don't want the cash Microsoft is making from subscription payments.. I can't see how you are thinking about the situation honestly.

I love games.. Regardless of who is making them.. I don't delude myself into thinking these corps care about my well being.. beyond my glee at burning my paycheck for them..

I'll agree, at first PSN was kind of a very.. bland expierence. I believe PSPlus solves that though. PS Plus is a far better subscription program than microsoft's. If microsoft were to use that program, they would be doing an excellent thing for service and buisness.

It's all personal taste... I don't care much about plus since I see it as stuff I've already played.. Or care nothing about.

Microsoft has given away xbla games.. No one made a big deal about it really. I'm waiting to see playstation's online strategy for their next system.
