    No. Closed beta progress does not carry over into open beta/full release.... in any game.

    Sorry to inform you good sir twelve sky did it and you have obviously played little to no beta as it is always a developer choice NOT players and the only reason they ever wipe is because they don't want people to have an unfair advantage and or glitchy glitch glitch of beta
