Second, Bits already feel like a rip off unless you spend massive amounts of money, now you are going to make it clear what in each purchase is a bonus for the purchase? How's about this for an idea, make the bits for the smallest package equal to the price of the package, and bump the bits on the second one up 100 over the price. Now it feels like you get what you pay for, you get a little extra, you get a little more extra, nobody feels like they overpayed, or are you trying to emulate Microsoft Points? And lastly, reduced the effectiveness of the fortitude perk? It's only really any good in PvE, it doesn't stop shotgun one hit kills in PvP, or Detonators from killing you in a massive hellstorm of fire and pain. Heck, it only adds one or two more hits for any other weapon other than the infectors. So what, was it too good for PvE or something? If this is a small drop I can see it still being a good PvE choice, but now it is right out the window for PvP.
Other than that, thank you, I love most of the changes, and the freight yard is most welcome. The vehicle changes are nice, very nice. I really like this game and I can see the potential, I keep wanting to say the game will be fine, but if you keep nerfing things then it will feel like another borderlands with less oomph.
