Why dont they just nerf or eliminate everything and give everyone a sock with flour in it?

Yeah I hope they re-re-re think this one. Fortitude needs to be left alone or buffed even.

There was absolutely no reason to reduce its effectiveness. They are going to make ridiculously low so that nobody uses it anymore. The current boost given is without a doubt a proper number. I really would love to sit down with whoever makes these silly decisions and discover their thought processes. They address little things like this that don't even post a problem and ignore all of the other major imbalance issues.

I can help with that, it goes something like this "The whiners are throwing a hissy fit over [insert PvP issue here) and we need to find a way to make it look like we're dealing with the problem without actually spending any real time on it or screwing anything else up, so what can we do?".

The answer is almost always to nerf stuff, because nerfing only requires changing number values. It's easy, and it doesn't introduce bugs into anything else. Problem is, it rarely fixes anything or makes anyone happy. And the whiners will just find something else to whine about.

Uhhh, Fortitude has sucked since it's first nerf right before/at live (can't remember). If you have it slotted right now you're wasting a perk slot IMO; it's effect is almost meaningless. It'll stop MAYBE an extra SMG/LMG/AR bullet or two but that's it.
