You know what would make Defiance feel even more like an MMO?
If they took everything that was fun about this game, and threw it in the trash.

really for the second time you make vehicles weaker? already you cant hit more than 1 or 2 things before you blow up, now what ? you hit anything and it blows up?

why even do that? if your going to make vehicles so useless why not just remove vehicle damage and have things get pushed out of the way? at least then i dont have the annoyance of it blowing up all the time.

im guessing your THAT GUY who drives around in ark falls in circles. i personally don't give a **** but others seem to. if this gets them to stop complaining on this post then ok. on a second note…….STOP WHINING ITS GETS REALLY DAMN ANNOYING.

another note, good job reducing damage to grenade launchers, there already useless and out classed by shotgun grenade launchers, now theres even less reason to use them.

Crashing into a monarch already blows up your vehicle, so this won't change.

I agree, I love driving around just checking things out, and it's so satisfying to run over things, but if I can no longer do so, and I gotta keep spawning new vehicles, it's gunna get hella annoying, specially for someone leik me, who's leveling his ATV atm..

Driving along in my automobile, my baby beside me at the wheel, I stole a kiss at the turn of a mile, my car done crashed into some dark matter that sprang up in the road. Now my car explodes, it's such a terrible sight... I didn't even have any particular place to go.

Sometimes you don't even have control over crashing because of pop in's.... I don't know how many times I've been driving along and all of a sudden a emergency event spawns right in the middle of the place I'm going and my car barely makes it out alive. After hitting 3 or 4 enemies. Not it'll be like one enemy and then blow up. Still won't effect the people driving around ark falls, they'll just wait and respawn their vehicles immediately.

The idiots driving around Arkfalls are the reason this is being done. The vehicles are for traveling, not fighting. It's annoying as hell to have 4 chargers running around an arkfall. Stop *****ing about vehicle damage....get off your vehicle and fight with your guns like it's intended. The vehicles don't blow up or even take damage from the environment, just enemies. This should have been done long ago.

I've went through almost every page of this thread and its crazy how many are pissed about this. Why? Are you the ones driving in circles around the arkfalls irritating everyone? I do believe we have found our culprits.
If you are not then why complain? Think about it guys, Definance is built around this futuristic type world where bad things happen. So no, you shouldn't be able to take your sunday drive down the street to get ice-cream with the wife and kids without the worry about running into something that wants to kill, eat, or use you as a play toy. It just wouldn't be defiance.
As far as, "I can't drive ten feet without an emerg. popping up in front of me" GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what we as gamers should want. This will give us XP, level our ego, give us script, the chance for some bad *** weapons, etc. Why in the hell would you want to be able to get in your runner and drive around all day with nothing to worry about. Guys and girls I really hate to tell you this but when you went to the counter to pay for your game, You may have grabbed Defiance instead of Forza. Time to trade it in and get your Forza or another racing game where nothing is on the road trying to eat you or kill you..
I would like more emergencies on the road. Just "WALK" down the road completing one emerg after another getting XP and ranking up my ego level. Then when trion congratulates gamers for the high ego level we can hold our head high with pride. Not cower in the corner because we had to do mine 99 one million times or exploit the game to death to get the high ego level. (You know who you are, )
I believe anyone that complains about this vehicle damage issue are the ones ruining arkfalls for others. Fast travel and kill crap. Runners are for racing!!!
