IIRC, Trion stated that patch 1020 is a pre-requisite for the 1st DLC. Therefore, you cannot have one without / before the other. Patch 1020 is being released 05/23/2013. That means the DLC will be released at some point after 05/23/2013.

Yup, be realistic. We all want dlc but it isn't coming before patches. And they have less staff too.

I would like to have my patch and see if the list of items to be addressed work properly and have the DLC when at least some bugs are fixed.
