    Did I mess up?

    I just got the game for Xbox a couple days ago. It wasn't until today that I noticed the code on the back of the manual, and out of habit, I pulled up the Dashboard and went to redeem my code. After a minute or two poking around and wondering what I'd unlocked, I looked closer and found that I was supposed to redeem the code in game. When I tried to redeem it there, however, it said it had already been redeemed.

    I still don't know what I unlocked, or how I can claim it. My account is already linked to my console, if it helps.

    in game store, go to claim items. the stuff should be there
    Bongrippa <- PC NA
    VBI Sniper Rifle
    VOT Blast Rifle (TACC Invader when inebriated)
    Overcharge (Cloak when inebriated)

    Freight Yard

    It's not letting me claim anything there. It says I have 0 items available to claim.

    The code on the back of my manual did nothing for me, i put it in when i first got the game ):
    IpunchYoFace - EGO 2600
    Nom - 50

    The name is because all you bad men/women/aliens stole all my names i wanted xD

    To the OP---> Did you buy the game new or used? If you bought it new then try a couple relogs and then if still no luck then submit a ticket. If you bought it used though then the chances are that the previous owner already used that code and got the digital content, in which case you are pretty much boned. Sorry.

    No, I bought it new.

    And what do you mean by "submit a ticket"?

    Not sure what system you play on so not gonna go into detail but you can do it by bringing up the menu wheel and clicking on the Feedback/Support section or you can always do it online at

    I suppose if you've already downloaded it you should be able to re-download it right?
