Thanks for finding that man, appreciated! You're totally right about how it makes Xbox One look, holy shheeeeet!

I'm not too up on the aesthetics and designing of console/PC housings but surely with the power that both consoles will be harnessing would it be pretty hard to design something smaller than the 360/PS3 slim?

ps4 reveal vs xbox one reveal..

ps4 gaming machine.. better servers.. better gamer features and delivery

xbox one... umm apps my phone has, tv my directv dish has, gaming?? i seen alot of stuff that helps EA sports but.. that's it.. Did they really save all their big guns for E3? I doubt it.. They made the Xbox one a machine that does many things but excels at none. My iphone plays games, has apps, allows social networking, could it be in the console war too if i left it pulled into the outlet?

oh and XBOX confirmed.. to download a USED game that someone else already owned.. will charge you a FEE to do so... pretty much BS..

Microsoft has said that a fee will be charged for any game disc to be tied to a second Xbox Live account after its initial installation. This is likely to limit the market for second-hand games, but would not eliminate the possibility altogether. The company is yet to confirm whether players will be able to play games from disc or run them on secondary accounts without paying for the installation, nor has it given any indication of what the fee may be.

We all know PS4's potential. This used game fee has indeed been confirmed but not once has it been stated how much it's going to be. You'd still have to pay for a used game even if you bought it from a shop. This doesn't make PS4 in any way superior.

The PS4 won't be a better gaming machine -- the XBOX One will be. The XBOX One has the better controller and better online service. Those are the things that actually matter in a gaming machine. The PS4 isn't going to have better servers than the XBOX One. Your Direct TV can't do what the XBOX One can. The XBOX One nails the social aspect of gaming where the PS4 doesn't. Sony is always a generation behind in that regard.

As far as used games go, the PS4 isn't going to be any better than the XBOX One. Microsoft has already said that everyone can access your game on your XBOX One and that you can access your game anywhere as long as you're signed in.

this reminds me of the movie "idiocracy"... "it has what the body craves, it has electrolytes!" .. "xbox one is better.. um.. because...."

    lol.. Hardware
    PS4>xboxone

as far as capability.. they have tried to add what the ps2 and 3 have long since been able to do at no cost, while xbox will not only pay for online, but you MUST be online to do anything..

"online service is better" this is arguable.. if you count not having more than 10 people in a halo match before it lags out or you face against flying tanks as BETTER.. then sure.. while many ps3 titles have as many players per match as pc titles do.

as far as "social aspects" of gaming.. all that matters is that when I intend to play with people, that I be able to communicate with them.. I don't need random pop-ups of "childishscreaminggamer2003 is now online!!" flashing all over my screen when I am watching an epic film or enjoying a good rpg, thoroughly ruining the ambiance of the experience.

sony being a generation behind? you mean.. sony being the first console to do MMORPG's? with chat? and voip features in console gaming?, the first to offer third party voip programs on a console? yeah.. if being the first, by a generation, is the same as being behind, then sure...

better controller? also debatable. the fact that sony's controller format was the fundamental default format for pc controllers, and still is shouldn't be ignored. Only recently have third parties (razer, logitec) been pushing the 360 format, which personally (and this like the rest of the controller topic is all about personal preference) I feel weighs waaay too much, I dislike the crooked thumbsticks , the lethargic infra-red signal tech, having to buy batteries, rechargable or otherwise (xbox1 is not rechargable, but the ability to charge is suspected via 1 of 2 strange, non-standard i/o data ports, making the ps4 controller still easier to apply to pc since it has STANDARD i/o usb ports...) the trigger buttons on xbox1 are horrid btw....

    ps4 controller :
    sixaxis motion sensing
    standard usb
    bluetooth
    integrated lithium battery (rechargeable)
Clickable touch pad for all your texting/swiping desires
    weighs less
    more durable
and, like on ps3, up to 8 standard controllers for a console can be used.. making more social interaction capable when at home with friends and not needing online connectivity or wifi to use...

May I suggest you do the following before posting some crazy random statements:

Research the topic you plan to speak on, get data from both the manufacturers, independent studies, customer reviews, and your own testing if possible.

Look through a dictionary to make sure you understand what the words you are using actually mean.

face it.. sony won the hardware battle, the cost battle, and the library battle. now we must see of they win the side by side fight and gameplay tests. But, so far, things are leaning heavily in Sony's direction.
