Defiance= me playing forever

Chat window, storage for unused mods, salvage or KC rewards for emergencies, better AI (with less NPC perfect aim), chat window, etc.

Notice one thing I didn't mention was an auction house. I'm afraid that Defiance would suffer some of the same woes as D3, where it was far more efficient to farm gold and buy the gear you wanted than it was to try to farm the gear. Obviously you can still trade via the forums, but many players avoid or don't bother trying to do that, which keeps the potential issues in check.

I also think that completing content should be a better way to get good weapons than checking vendors every hour. Hopefully the chance for weapons from major arkfalls will help resolve this issue.

I don't know why I'm still playing Defiance. I guess there's just something compelling about a game that I can't 100% in two weeks with a farm-heavy loot system.

More story, more character building, more NPCs in hub areas, more connection to the series, ... more content. Or at least perception of it.

We seem to be getting a new "what do you want" thread daily now we had four going this week before this one (one a day average). Now if they were just in the suggestion sections...

I hope they see them lost in the sea of "General". We seriously need a sticky.

First off I love this game and yes I will play it for as long as they keep the servers up. I want to see some of the ideas that the community has put forward being implemented to the game. What would you like to see happen in our game?? Put your best ideas forward

My short list:

- A text chat that actually works as a true MMO text chat, instead of most of time "<someone> is leader the group" or "<someone> is no longer leader of the group".

- A nice social hub, even not knowing exactly what this social hub could have to attract people for. Because we don't have a crafting system that requires workshops, we don't have classes that requires class trainers, we don't have Auction House, Mail System and Personal (Clan) Banks. Well.. Perhaps, a representative NPC of every faction just to give us the weekly/daily contracts could work, I don't know...

- motorcycles.

Race track, there is sort of one near Golden Gate, its just not a full loop.

Inventory - yes please, broken into gun type would save lots of scrolling to grenades. I don't get why they haven't done this already.

Chat - on ps3, this only shows up if you in map screen, and you can't answer from there... huh???

Doubt I play forever, I will get bored eventually. ER2500 now.

i would like a reason to shoot things like mabey 10 or 20 contracts instead of 2 for each faction all non coop/pvp. atm i get to do 2 mabey 3 contracts then im done for the day unless i restart the story.... again(like the 10th time now :/) i couldn't be bothered to do the coop/pvp ones ever. i'd rather shoot things in the open world at my own pace in my own little destructive world

As long as they keep adding new content, weapons, game-modes... I will keep coming back. But not forever... I like to play much bigger variety of games and most of Defiance content has been consumed many times over.

At this point the thing I enjoy most in the game is easily the PvP and Co-Op missions still. The Arkfals to me are very boring... I just went there for the pursuit and got so tired of trying to get Revives that for my last 20-25 revives, I just paid someone a pimped out Purple Big Boomer weapon. I thought the costume we got would be cooler than it is... its some color variant of one I already had

The Goals screens really don't show the costume rewards properly enough.

There are a lot of ideas I could chip in but I believe there is a thread for that. I will at least lay one down though. I would like to be able to use Xbox Smart Glass to manage my inventory, check my pursuits or look at any other menu that is available when I hold the LT button on my controller. Also, I would like this app to provide me a labeled map for all of the bay area.

That is just my two cents. Maybe not something everyone can agree on, but would be nice. You could use either a tablet or smart phone. That way you can manage your gear and also chat with people who are not using mics through text.
