Taken advantage of.. ?

I recently completed my first trade yes I am a complete noob when it comes to trading
and I think this person may for taken advantage of that. I traded my Orange Frc saw for there Orange Fragsurge Std-25z
I also added in a Orange Wolfhound now this might have been a perfectly fair trade but if not is there anything I can do about it? Obviously I was the idiot for not knowing what I was doing. Thanks in advance

In what way were you "taken advantage of"?
You got to see what the person was trading before you chose "accept", right? And you walked away feeling that you got a good deal (or else why would you hit "accept"). So what's the problem?

and Terri, if you ever find another orange SAW dont trade it. its a high priced item that anyone would go nuts over. an yes the person you traded with probably knew that, an they should have added something else to you not you to them

Orange SAW and Wolfhound most coveted, since the GP got the nerf. But people will still want an orange GP.

He may have got one over on you, but you might be able to trade the grenade for a better stat SAW or Wolfhound than you originally had.

and get him Blacklisted with other merchants on the trade forum. last guy that
ripped someone off was so badly blacklisted he quit lol.

This is a case of "Unknown Value". I actually don't see to much wrong with it. It happens everyday in real world.

What the other guy did, that your referring to, was a different situation. He deserved to be blacklisted because he was scheming scammer scum.

EDIT: Personal Example. Dude wanted to trade me Oj Respark Regen (no resist) for my Oj Ironclad Reloader (syphon resist). After comparing stats with a blue Respark Regen (electric resist), I realized the value of my shield was much greater than his, and did not go through with trade.
Had I made the trade, it would have been the same thing.
