The Jackleg mission is extremely frustrating for only one thing. It would be fine except that when you get to the last video with Jackleg, every time you Extract, you have to watch the same stinkin' VIDEO every time. Everywhere else, you just extract and start again. The scrip paid is fine, but the Video makes it NOT worth the effort to complete the Mission. PLEASE, do something about this!

Got stuck on same issue then a friend gave me the following hints:

#1 there is no timer

#2 Rosa cannot die, as she cannot be revived

#3 who cares about watching the video again, you should be more concerned that you have to kill him in one go! His health resets with your death

#4 if you kill him in one go, which you must to complete the mission, you only watch the video once. I thought that the triangle will skip it, even though it's not shown as an option

You should hit the triangle button to skip the video,I did everytime I reentered room after extraction.
