If you lose all of that you will either be re-reimbursed, or you can back-charge. You could also submit a ticket and have a copy of your bank statement handy.

I have to ask though, what in the HELL were you thinking buying that much in Bits at one time? So many other great games releasing and you spend that much dough on Bits. I have a fat amount of disposable income (just dropped like 1500$ at the Renaissance Fair last week) and I still wouldn't do that. I guess 100$ isn't 100$ to some folks.

I'm an idiot I know. I just started playing and was like "Wow! This game is awesome, I totally support!" And then I find out about the terrible Server Developments that happen all the time. I'm literally like an hour in and have been watching the show. Fandom clouded my mind. Regardless I have my Steam Receipt. I thought for some reason the money was going to go into the show ya' know. Keep it alive. I got linked to it because one of the actresses is from one of my favorite films: Mirrormask, a British surrealistic reimagining of Wizard of Oz.

*Correction, I only bought 50$ worth, the other half is still in my steam wallet. Huzzah.*

Anyways, They really should get things together more, Is it really necessary to shutdown the entire game to fix a single problem going on several hours now? Haven't we learned from Hellgate: London what happens to non-subscription MMO's when they to glitchy to play?

Fair enough, and an honest mistake. I understand you wanting to support the show. Good on you for that. Unfortunately, the TV show, nor any of the actors will see a dime of any money you give Trion. The only thing you will see is more of this same mess they are slowly turning Defiance (game) into. The only way to get the point across that people aren't very happy with the way things are being handled at Trion is to vote with your wallet. They already have your 60$ for the game that was half-finished at launch. It's time for them to put up or shut up, as the saying goes, and not expect any more money until we get the game we were promised, or at the very least 60$ worth of WORKING content.

The servers were taken down to keep us from getting free stuff. In other words, not going to happen.

Half a days outage. And no update in a couple of hours. Not good. Not good at all. Maybe it's time to do some more research into Bungie's Destiny.
