so people were duplicating weapons and breaking their 'soo fragile' economy

Players were able to re-claim all the "claim" items from the beginning of the game- inventory slots, +1 Weapon skills, etc. Re-logging allowed them to do this all over again.

They had to fix it. It sucks, but, there it is.

Personally, I would just like it if the Defiance Team could get one patch 100% right.

No they (Trion) duplicated the items received for entering the Arkfall codes including plus one boosts to weapon skill etc.

I wonder why my handgun was suddenly arkfall awesome...

The trouble was you could claim the items multiple times over and over again.

So I guess this means they are also rolling back everyone to the way they were before the servers came back on-line. Luckily for me I didn't get anythying useful from my Arkfall drops...or find anything I needed from the vendors.
