    Honestly this is such complete and utter ******** I can't begin to comprehend what logic is going through their heads.

    You made a mistake, and you gave your customer something unintentionally. A common response to an issue of this size, an issue that carries nearly no monetized value, is to let your customers keep it and not screw up again.

    Am I the only one that noticed when we had horrible problems with freight yard on two other occasions the servers were kept up for 4-5 hours before emergency maintenance took place.

    But when an issue arises that affects their store they take the game down in 50 minutes, and rollback everything. My initial thoughts of Trion came from the good experiences I have heard through Rift players. I can safely say I have lost faith in Trion's customer service, and understand that we are simply cows for the milking now.

    They also took real life money sales from the RMAH and donated it to charity as well. So they stole from people who made legit trades as well as those that duped.
    I refer to the fact that yet again, they are in the position of having to roll back at all.

    I'm busy on the Rift PTR anyways, well.... If the PTR server would stop blowing up. lol

    Yeah I can think of a few games that their dev team screwed up and people became very rich in that virtual economy because of it. Not once did they say "No thats our toy give it back" They just bowed their heads, took their loss and moved on. Trion however is actually showing a bit of a side I never expected given the message they put out else wise.
