    Didn't the same happen with 100ms point codes a while back? There was an exploit on the site that would let you keep claiming 100ms points. MS said this was an error on their behalf and anybody that used codes could keep them. Very noble of them

    You made a mistake, and you gave your customer something unintentionally. A common response to an issue of this size, an issue that carries nearly no monetized value, is to let your customers keep it and not screw up again.

    Am I the only one that noticed when we had horrible problems with freight yard on two other occasions the servers were kept up for 4-5 hours before emergency maintenance took place.

    But when an issue arises that affects their store they take the game down in 50 minutes, and rollback everything. My initial thoughts of Trion came from the good experiences I have heard through Rift players. I can safely say I have lost faith in Trion's customer service, and understand that we are simply cows for the milking now.

    Wait I bought bits and used bits on a t4 box got an orange during the time this whole dup' thing was going on does that mean ill lose my orange wep that I spent money on?

    If its defiantly gone tomorrow then I'm putting a trouble ticket in hopefully they won't screw me over but I'm already starting to think that they most defiantly will...

    trion policy is if you bought bits or boost they dont refund due to server issues or outage. i used live chat and they told me it was the policy of trion not to refund due to any form of server issues. this was last time it was down 8 plus hours

    I guess it depends how long before shutdown they did the last backup. They *should* have done a backup, after shutdown but before the patch was applied. I haven't played since the other night. Hopefully, I will still be at EGO 505. Hopefully, lol.
