Steam Defiance Free Trial

Installed Steam client for game, then try and play and it says "Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE. Please contact Trion Worlds Support"

I simply can't believe we have to get information about the game from a third party site like Twitter or Facebook, when this game has an OFFICIAL forum! Of all the issues with this game, this irks and angers me more than anything else. Their own customer support people direct us to the forums for information, but the community mods can't be bothered to post information here because they're too busy on Twitter. Its really sad to me.

This site has an official forum, sure, but it also has officially terrible "CMs". And then it has moderators--I'm sorry, super moderators--who apparently have no relationship to the game, that seem to only be permitted to copy/paste certain "this is why i did X to this thread" messages. Hard to get official info from a site that no one who's involved with the game ever visits. Sure would be nice, though.
