Can I get a refund for the fact that I payed for services and they are not able to be used due to the fact that servers are down?

    Why?

Why would you buy boosts with all the known issues lately or on the day of a major update? I would chalk this up to a painful learning experience. You may be able to submit a ticket to the support tab or better yet, use live support on the Trion site. Be warned that the live support is probably extremely busy at the moment. Good luck.

Trion has never had the decency to address this. They've never refunded boost time. I can understand, dealing with "programming challenges" can cause server downtime but how much of F/U is it that they don't replace your boost time. Scummy move by Trion.

Has this happened before? Or something similar?

what do you expect tho? I went to their live chat with an issue on monday, they told me it would be taken care of within 24 hours, nothing happened, went back on tuesday, they told me to give it another 24, went back on wednesday, THEN they tell me its "working as intended" and theres "nothing they can do"

Lol, I don't think I will ever understand why a company with so many launch issues would lay off employees? Unless we are not getting to whole picture. Maybe they were in the process of replacing some for better ones?
