    I got them to do something, though their solution was still very UNSATISFACTORY. Gave me what was taken away in BITS, but it was only about 1/3 of the value of what they screwed me out of. I chalk it up to a painful lesson learned. People spending money on this stuff is what will contribute to this game continuing to be around. The way I see it, I think everyone on all platforms should stop buying BITS, items and boosts until they get off their butts and address this. Get the game running and stable and pay attention to the CUSTOMERS. After all is said and done, even though I do understand the timers ticking away while logged out, if they intend to keep this up, they need to do it on a reduced ratio like 10:1. STOP all the timers during maintenance and server crashes. Taking what amounts to real money out of our pockets with nothing to show for it is nothing more then petty thievery.

    Time for late delivery

    I've bought clan boosts that have disappeared multiple times. I can't even see my clan let alone hear them. How am I supposed to lead something if I can't teleport to random clanmates and what's the point in buying a boost if the clan is so glitched half the time people don't even read in it.

    Makes me mad too, but I guarantee you a quick class action lawsuit will refund and pay fines or inevitably give you bonus bonus time for your unclaimed bonus time. That could be a few months, but some hungry lawyer will figure it out soon enough. Things like that are what a business really needs to worry about - gain money . . . - loose money and time in legal battles?!?! Trust me it's better to give us all bonuses somewhere down the road so we are happy then refunding all the dollar amounts plus fees in checks to every customer.

    I really hope the hurry up and fix this all day down time and I loose bits from buying boost thanx Triton for taking my money for this crap!!!!!!

    another thing is you cant expect a refund cause all they care about is money to begin with

    Every time they have had a major issue to this point they have given everyone something for free as an apology. I hope anyone that has purchased boosts will get what they have paid for, but I am sure that Trion will give everyone free boosts or something for this major inconvenience. Obviously I can't be certain, but it is what they have done before.

    4 hour downtime they said???!!!! I guess they need to hire all the people back that they laid off... Trion just failed miserably and I am not sure if I want to put money down for the season pass to be honest. I can't justify paying for any boosts with bits... I'm Done!!! lol
