Many on the Defiance team pull 12 hour days and yes, a lot of bickering that happens on the forums actually happens inside the office. Many a nerf wars and water balloon fights have been had because of this.

I guarantee you, no one at Trion Worlds thinks ANY of this is funny. I'm not sure why there is the endless nonsense on the forums, the game will be back playable when they get the issues resolved.

Just be glad they did this now and not wait for the weekend. We have a 3 day weekend to play this game.

I pulled 11 hour shifts 5-6 days a week regularly for years in a photolab but still managed to keep quality even with very limited break time and being forced to fix the machines. And those shifts were all solo.

It's their job and they are expected to pull it off. But their specific jobs aren't of concern to us.
Trions results are what affect us.

It's Trion itself who decides who they employ....not us.

I believe you misunderstand my response. I was merely explaining that the individuals at Trion aren't just "Oh, it's 5? Well, then. Let's just get out of here and do it tomorrow." Many are slamming their heads on their desk trying to figure out what the heck is going on. And yes, they do take it very personally when things aren't going the way they want it. And to think that they don't, well, it's their jobs on the line.

But in my opinion, it can be either easier or harder working on a team. You have a well coordinated group and everything is super easy. You get that one mistake and you'll search around asking so many questions and possibly pointing figures where in one person, you know who's fault it is. But I do think they need to take a look at their QA check sheet.
