Not being able to play when servers are down. Shame we cant have a console/pc side save that cant go into online so we can play while server is down

Hostages screeching for help way too often while I'm really really busy fighting a half dozen enemies. especially when I'm not only near by, but they're my objective to rescue.

Enemies hitting me while I'm behind cover, and not letting me take cover because of that.

Being overrun by enemies I can't kill fast enough yet they hit hard, and hit often.

1) after an ark fall is complete ppl jumping in the middle for no reason
2) during an arkfall when I see the 10-15 ppl driving around killing stuff cuz they can't shoot a gun worth crap (I assume)
3) ppl who pk me by shooting a explosive barrel cuz they think it's funny.

When people INSTANTLY Self-revive at Arkfalls, getting the 100 revives would have been a breeze if 90% of people that went down would wait even 10 seconds before self-reviving. Although not difficult, it would have made doing the whole pursuit a tad less tedious.
Although the self-revive was only half the problem, the other half was approaching a downed character and they dissapear!! then you walk away and walk back and they pop back on the ground but then get rezzed but someone else. *rollseyes*
