So i got patch error tonight on this new patch, it recommended i reinstall, so i deleted everything defiance of my Hardrive, will i lose my character? help!!

Had the same thing happen to me on a prior patch. I did NOT lose my character data/pursuits/etc. So I'm gonna say you won't, but, nothing is impossible.

No you will not lose info, it is stored on the server itself

No, you will not. Character data is saved in Trion's servers.
I've had to delete everything and reinstall several times. Don't worry!
...Granted, even if it was working for you, you'd still be stuck waiting for the servers to get back on their damn feet.
The patch notes said that players are getting errors and to uninstall and reinstall to bypass
