Kidding. Both are awesome guesses, and close. Believe it or not, my dad was actually the head athletic trainer for the Mets for a long time. We live in Virginia, so it's not a tough leap to guess how Tidewater was his logical step. I always liked the Mets, but the funny thing is, my dad was always a Yankees fan!
Addendum: getting to personal k now Doc Gooden and Darryl Strawberry, Lee Mazzilli, so on and so forth, really helps solidify a kid into being a Mets fan, hahahaha.

We lived in Va Beach from 86-90 so when we went to teh Tides games we would sometimes see Met players, saw Darryl a couple of times, got some Gregg Jeffries autographs lol.
