Should Trion Compensate for an entire day of...nothing?

First of, i dont personally want compensation for anything lol. I am just curious as to what the community thinks on this subject. Please feel free to be as candid as TOS allows.

For anything time sensitive or dependent such as purchased boosts, etc,I would hope so.
They aren't likely obligated past that however but a show of goodwill, appreciation can often go a long ways.

In any event,it will be viewed as not enough or to a lesser extent,'giving in'.
I'm personally confident that some form of compensation will be unveiled as things settle out.

    No.

It is a free game. There is no monthly subscription with game time your losing. You still have the next 60 years to play this game if you so choose. 1 day isnt going to kill you. You will be compensated for your Boosts.

As to that(purchased boosts/apology), a server weekend xp boost would suffice methinks. But, i agree with you on the "not enough" Nooblers. Other than that, i think the major patch is worth the day of thumb twiddling LOL

For me personally I just want compensated for my lost boost time's as it costs real money. I wouldn't be opposed receiving more than that but it isn't something I feel we are entitled to. But I also look at it this way. If Trion would have actually tested the patch instead of rushing implementation like they have done with every patch to date. We wouldn't be having this discussion. Because there would have only been 4hrs of down time instead of 15 and counting.

They compensated me the last time they went down and gave me an extra 14 hours. Have to send them a message in the ego setting menu when they come back on. They answered mine with in 10 mins the other day

Would be nice if they make up for list time on the bought boosts that you buy with real cash.

I, myself, think that any timed bonuses should only be tracked while you are actually playing IN GAME. For instance, if you have an XP bonus for 24 hours, only those hours that you are actively online and playing should count. Naturally, if this ever did come to fruition, the increments of time should be lessened a bit, but I just believe that a bonus isn't truly a bonus unless you're actively receiving it.
