NA 360 servers up yet? i just got home and am now patching. if they are still down i guess that means i cant finish patch?

You can do the patch while the server is down. Do the patch now so when the server is up, you won't waste time downloading it.

i just completed patch and it gave me a message "patch error"? wtf does that mean?

They said they will be up within the hour an hour ago so I'd give it another 2-3 hours.

Basically it means try again and if it doesn't work uninstall and re-install everything. you wont lose any progress

I had the same problem when I first downloaded it. Go back to dashboard and download it again.

Yeah I wouldn't do that. I got that patch error like 3 times just clicked patch and it restarted where it left off...
