unrelated question for the new XBOX

i have looked everywhere and maybe someone knows, but does anyone know if i will be able to import my avatar and achievments? i only ask because my gamerscore is 30k+ and i really would like to be keep my GT and achievments? or is all of the work ive put in over the years for nothing?

It has been scientifically proven that the lower your Gamerscore is, the more time you spend with real people. I'm not sure why a 30k score is funny either...I think the 100k score is kind of sad.
