unrelated question for the new XBOX

i have looked everywhere and maybe someone knows, but does anyone know if i will be able to import my avatar and achievements? i only ask because my gamerscore is 30k+ and i really would like to be keep my GT and achievements? or is all of the work i've put in over the years for nothing?

My gamer score is also over 140k and yes it can be transferred over
